This year’s International Women’s Day theme is “Inspire Inclusion.” What do you think this looks like for women in the workplace?
“Inspiring inclusion in the workplace means creating an environment where women feel valued, respected, and empowered to participate in the conversation and share ideas for the business. Inclusion means equal opportunities and listening to new ideas or perspectives.”
“Women feeling safe, comfortable, and confident enough to bring their authentic selves to work—especially when it comes to sharing their opinions when it may differ from that of others.”
How do you think Fusion inspires inclusion?
“Fusion inspires inclusion by promoting women from within and including women in leadership positions in every department. There are tons of opportunities for growth, mentorship, and development in each department, making it a comfortable atmosphere to speak up and be part of business conversations.”

What is the best piece of advice you have received in your professional career?
“Take the risks. Take the job you're afraid to take. True learning only comes when we are far outside of our comfort zone. 'A ship in the harbor is safe, but that's not what ships were made for.”
“Be patient and show your work ethic, and you will be rewarded.”
