GLOBAL – Fusion Worldwide has continued its global expansion into Asia with the opening of its first office in Shenzhen. The company strives to meet its customers wherever they are located to provide fast, comprehensive services when supply chain disruptions occur.
“Having a physical presence and a local team in China means that we will be able to provide a higher level of service and forge stronger partnerships with both our customers, their manufacturing partners and our suppliers alike,” said Marcus Chen, Vice President of Sales at Fusion Worldwide.
In the past 10 years, the People’s Republic of China has grown to become a leader in product design for many different segments. Fusion Worldwide’s Shenzhen office will place the company at the forefront of technological advancements and will allow it to identify market trends to provide quick solutions to its customers.
“To continue our goal of becoming the premier global open market distributor, we are further strengthening our partnerships and expanding our reach into new regions. We decided to open an office in China due to the sheer volume of business and the burgeoning potential for new customer acquisition,” continues Chen.
Founded in 2001, Fusion Worldwide has created a hub and spoke model with its global headquarters in Boston and regional headquarters in Amsterdam and Singapore. Throughout its history, the company has added 19 offices around hubs, and at least one quality and logistics facility near each of its regional headquarters.
